In one year, the large cap stock has gained 79.87% and risen 50.46% since the beginning of this year. Market cap of the firm rose to Rs 45970 crore.

The stock hit all-time high of Rs 1283 on June 19, 2020 after  Muthoot Finance reported a 59% growth in Q4 profit. For quarter ended March, the firm reported standalone net profit of Rs 815 crore against Rs 512 crore in Q4FY19. Standalone loan assets stood at Rs 41611 crore in Q4 against Rs 34,246 crore as on March 31, 2019, Y-o-Y growth of 22%.During the quarter, gold loan assets increased by Rs 3,113 crore. The firm reported 51%  year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit at Rs 3, 169 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2020 (FY20).Stock split is a process, in which the company divides its existing shares into multiple shares to boost the liquidity of the shares.

The shopping mood remained in the market for the third consecutive day. The Nifty has managed to close above 10600 today. For the first time since March 9, the Sensex has closed above 36,000. RIL, Bharti Airtel, TCS and HUL have activated the market but the bank Nifty is under pressure. Metal buying was seen in all indexes except banks. Capital Goods shares have gained the most. IT, power and realty stocks were a good buy. Another big deal by RIL has boosted the stock of RELIANCE. The stock has gained over 4% on three consecutive days.

Markets ended lower for the second day but capped their best quarterly return since 2009.Nifty closed in the red mark today after a day of ups and downs. The Sensex fell 46 points to close at 34,916, while the Nifty fell 10 points to close at 10302. However, the Bank Nifty has closed 11 points up at 21370. Monday market has closed down from a low level. Nevertheless, the Sensex-Nifty has closed in the red mark. The Nifty has fallen 70 points to close at 10312. The Sensex fell 210 points to close at 34961. Today, all sectors except FMCG were sold in the index. Today icici bank, reliance and axis bank have created the most pressure. In that bajaj finance & axis bank have slipped more than 4% but   market   got support from itc, hul, bharti airtel. Metal stocks have lost their sheen in that shares of nalco, hindalco, jsw steel, nmdc and sail have fallen by more than 3%.in other side in this weak market, buying mood was in pharma stocks, glenmark pharma rose nearly 2% after good results & auro pharma, cipla also strengthened.
