The Indian equity market rallied for third consecutive session on Monday ahead of RBI policy review on Tuesday. Reserve Bank Governor Raghuram Rajan, whose 3-year term will come to an end on September 4, is widely expected to hold the key interest rate on Tuesday as retail inflation continues to be above the comfort zone. Primary trend of the stock is bullish and after giving breakout of its range bound movement, it is forming continuation pattern in short term charts, it is likely to continue the positive movement with the breakout of the pattern at the levels of 470 ; as the stock is managing to trade above its 50 and 200 days moving averages with the RSI of 70, one may expect the targets of 520  in the stock if it manages to sustain above the immediate support level of 490. NIFTY END BELOW 8578; MARKET EYEING THE GST BILL

Today, Sensex ended with a loss of 284 points at 27,697. While, The Nifty closed with a loss of 78 points at 8,545. Stock market in India ended with sharp cuts on Wednesday as the government introduced the GST bill in the parliament. Investors are awaiting the outcome on the Goods and Services Tax (GST) constitutional amendment bill in Parliament. According to reports, the long-pending GST Bill is listed for consideration and passage in Rajya Sabha today amidst strong indications that the most far-reaching taxation reform would be supported by Congress and all other major political parties. The government is keen to get the GST Bill approved during the Monsoon Session of Parliament ending on August 12, 2016. Indian Stock Market was open negative.
