On the second
day of the trading week, the market saw a decline. Although the market started
in green mark today, both the Sensex and Nifty have closed in the red mark at
the end of the trading week. Banking shares witnessed the biggest decline in
today's business. Also, pharma, FMCG and metal stocks were under pressure.
On
the other hand, all sectors except power, oil and gas have closed in the red
marker. The PSU bank index closed at an all-time low, causing the Bank Nifty to
close at 19271, down nearly 2.4 %. BHEL's stock is looking bright today. Today,
Bharti Airtel is getting vigorous lift. Today the stock has seen a rise of
2.5%. Shares of M&M FINANCIAL and INDIABULLS HSG FIN4 have gone up by 5%.
Shares like LIC H Finance, Shriram Trans have also run. According to the
estimate, MARICO has run 6% after the results. Shares of SBI,
Reliance Industries, Axis Bank, Gail, Hindustan Unilever Limited or HUL, ICICI
Bank, Tata Motors, HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance and Bharti Airtel were among the
most trending stocks throughout the intraday trade session while shares of
Housing Development Finance, HUL, Asian Paints, SBI and Reliance Industries
were among the most active stocks in the intraday trade.
