Friday’s volatile session ended on negative note. Investors focused on the Union Budget 2020 scheduled Saturday 2nd Feb 2020 , with high expectations of further stimulus to the economy. After swing between up & down nifty slipped  into red. The Sensex down 0.47 % to close at 40723 & the Nifty fell 0.61 % to end at 11962. Stocks SBI, Vedanta, HUL, Power Grid, Saregama, Tech Mahindra, Shoppers Stop, among other announced  their Quarterly results today.  SBI shares touched an intraday high of Rs 321.6 rising 3.51% and tech Mahindra share was the top gainer but fluctuated between gains and losses & traded 0.9% higher. Indiabulls Real Estate Stock hit their upper circuit of 5%.
