The market closed on the upside amid fluctuations. Bank
Nifty closed in the red mark for the
fourth consecutive day. However, after 3 days of decline, the Nifty closed today on the edge but today
Bank Nifty closed at the red mark for the fourth consecutive day
while Sensex gained 167 points to close
at 30196 & Nifty gained 56 points to
close at 8879 & Bank Nifty fallen 87
points to close at 17486.The metal, pharma, power stocks was seen strong
buying. There was support from BHARTI AIRTEL, HDFC TWINS and KOTAK BK. Auto
shares was jump of 3-4%. The rise in
crude oil giving a nice look to the stocks of oil marketing companies. The shares of IOC, BPCL and HPCL ran2-3 %.
