Today market amidst increasing tension on the China border,
Indian markets has managed to close on the edge today. Sensex gained 376 points
to close at 33605. At the same time, the Nifty closed at 9914 with a gain of
100 points. In the weak market, the gains in select metal stocks were intact.
JSPL, JSW Steel is up to 2%. Hindalco and MOIL also had purchases. Among
sectoral indices, Banknifty ended with gains of 2% led mainly by HDFC Bank and
ICICI Bank & The media and metal stocks
was ended with gains of over 1% while I.T. and Auto indices ended flat
while FMCG, Pharma, PSU Bank and Realty indices were down. In other side Natco
Parma will announce their result tomorrow but its already gain as much as 6%
today as the highest level in 4 months.
