Today market started with weakness but the Nifty has managed to close by climbing 428 points from the lower level and 1432 points from the Sensex low and Banknifty closed 1128 points higher from the bottom. Auto, oil-gas, pharma stocks were bought except the I.T.& Media which ended 1.5% and 0.9% lower respectively.Today M&M was announced their result & this stock ended as the outperformer in today's trade with gains of 2.9%.For the week, the Sensex ended with losses of 1.48% while the Nifty reported losses of 1.67%. Both the benchmarks snapped a two-week gaining streak.
