ADANI ENTERPRISES TO ENTER NIFTY 50 👍

Adani Enterprises will replace Shree Cement in the Benchmark Index, the country's most tracked stock index, effective September 30. The changes apply from September 30th. This would be the second Adani stock to be included in the Nifty Index, after Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone. Adani Enterprises shares hit a record high of Rs 3,290 after gaining 2 percent in intraday trading on the NSE on Friday.
So far in 2022, the stock has nearly doubled investors' money. In the past six months, Adani Enterprises' market price has doubled from a level of Rs 1,641 compared to a 5.5 percent rise in the nifty. Shree Cement shares fell 3 %  today on the NSE to Rs 21,033 and have fallen 12 % over the past six months.NSE Indices Limited's Index Maintenance Sub-Committee - Equity has decided to make the changes as part of its regular review, according to a press release on Thursday. Adani Enterprises, the flagship of Gautam Adani Group, is one of the fastest growing diversified companies offering a comprehensive range of products and services. The company acts as an incubator and creates new companies in the sectors of transport and logistics as well as energy and utilities, apart from increasing focus on direct-to-consumer businesses.

According to an official publication, no changes were made to Nifty Aditya Birla Group, Nifty Mahindra Group and Nifty Tata Group indices.
